We had an absolutely amazing stay in Henley-on-Thames close to the river, shops, restaurants and the Chiltern Way walking route, the river and Anchor pub and a great Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed having central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines. Its location was excellent and good, just 5 minutes away on foot from Barry Keene Gallery.

The location couldn't have been better, allowing us to easily explore all that Henley and the surrounding area has to offer. The apartment itself was fantastic, with a stylish and homely feel that made us instantly relaxed and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the great facilities provided, such as the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely decor throughout the apartment. we felt like we were right at home, but with an upgrade!

While our stay was mostly fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. the apartment could be a bit noisy, especially from the outside noise and passersby talking.

The facilities were great, including wi-fi and a dryer, and the decor was stylish and homely, with "real" plants that added to the overall charm. The apartment was equipped with cookware/kitchen utensils, making it convenient for self-catering. Plus, it was a relief to find that no pets were allowed and there was no smoking on site. Our stay couldn't have been better!

Personally, I found the single bathroom with a bath to be a minor inconvenience. However, others may still find it enjoyable.

The noise from the flat above was incredibly disruptive, and there didn't seem to be anything to deaden the sound. It would have been helpful to have a paper user manual instead of constantly checking our phones for information.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were beautifully designed and immaculately maintained, making it easy for us senior folks to navigate around.

It would have been even more enjoyable if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. Perhaps the children working there could have organized some gentle exercise classes or organized outings to local attractions.
